Animated Explainer to show how Flyform optimises workflow
and IT management for Service Now users
We were asked to create an animated explainer film to help visualise how Flyforms’ GDS toolkit helps clients create a service experience which meets modern expectations. Flyform offers clients the ability to apply the Government Design Service across their ServiceNow workflow and service management systems, to provide a service experience which provides familiarity as well as accessibility.
Our brief was to demonstrate the scope of Flyforms GDS toolkit & visualise how easily it can be applied. Utilising a combination of kinetic text with 2D animated graphics , we created a film which clearly illustrates the benefits of Flyforms toolkit to users and how easily the tool can be applied to existing systems. We did this by showing a sample workflow unfolding and the ease in which Flyforms toolkit can completely change the look and feel of a system experience in just a few clicks of a button. The Flyform brand is bright and playful and so we matched animation style to this, to ensure the animation felt a part of the wider Flyform brand. The result is an explainer film that celebrates the abilities of the technology, whilst visualising the simplicity of the toolkit in action for users.
